    I love this card Teresa, you've done such a great job putting it together. I love the way you coloured the tulips, the multiple colours on each petal look fabulous, and I like the way you coloured the watering can. The embossed "Happy Birthday" doesn't overpower the image and the little pink frill adds a fantastic pop of colour. Love it!
